Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Only unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items in their original packaging and condition are eligible for return.
- All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.
- Customized, printed, or relabeled items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at directbuytshirts@gmail.com with the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address. Returns may need to be shipped back to the original warehouse where the item was fulfilled.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply, especially for large-volume returns or items returned outside the standard return window.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Face masks or personal protective gear
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
